My friends Mikeisha (Keish) and Krushna (Krush) approached me for a commission for their YouTube channel as they wanted a logo that pops out and reflects who they are online.

YouTube Channel Banner Art

Original sketches during ideation

First, I asked them what their YouTube channel will be about. Keywords included lifestyle, Q&As, vlogging, and advice stood out during my research phase. I began sketching possible iterations of the logo, combing their first letter initials together. The K&K symbol became a focal point in these sketches, but ultimately ended with their full names displayed for disclosure, and avoiding ambiguity with other similar brands.
Once approved, I exported the final assets for use. I sent them both digital and print versions of their logo (in case they want to venture out to produce merchandise for fans). As displayed, the logo has become a staple in their videos. From their intro, sign off, and social media accounts, this logo proves to be timeless.
